Refund & Return Policy

 

At Rikaro Gifts, we take pride in providing high-quality products to our wholesale partners. Please read our refund and return policy carefully, as it applies exclusively to wholesale transactions.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • All returned items must be:
    • In original condition
    • Unused and in original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice

2. How to Lodge a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at wsales@rikaro.com.au with the following:

  • Business name & invoice number
  • Photo evidence of damaged or incorrect goods
  • Brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or sale stock
  • Custom or special orders
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Change-of-mind returns

4. Refunds & Credits

  • Approved returns will be processed as store credit or replacement stock, not cash refunds.
  • In cases where a refund is deemed necessary, it will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damaged Goods in Transit
We carefully pack every order, but if your goods arrive damaged:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged packaging and products
  • We’ll work with the courier and ensure prompt resolution
