Initial orders are Proforma.
Account terms: 7–30 days from invoice date.

Conditions: Goods are sold on an ex-warehouse Clyde North VIC 3978 basis. We will arrange freight and insurance on our customers’ behalf, or a customer may collect goods, or make their own delivery arrangements. Title to the goods shall not pass until the purchase price is paid in full.

Transport: Rikaro will arrange cost-effective and safe transport with Toll Ipec, Direct Freight Express, Australia Post, Couriers Please, and other reliable carriers.

Prices: All prices listed on the website are wholesale prices, GST excluded, EXW Clyde North VIC 3978. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum order quantities for wholesale orders apply. Initial order minimum is $500 (GST excl.) or over, and subsequent orders must be a minimum of $300 (GST excl.). A $10 administration fee may apply for orders under $300. International orders minimum is A$800 unless pre-arranged with Rikaro.

Claims: Claims must be made within 7 days from delivery. An email with photos of the claimed product is required.

Settlement: If you pay within 7 days of the invoice date, deduct 5% (applicable to customers with an approved 30 days trading account only). All accounts must be finalised within 30 days from invoice date. Accounts exceeding 90 days will incur a $50 late payment fee and collection fees will apply.

Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Cheque, Direct Deposit.

Images: All colours and products shown on our website, advertisements, and promotional material are reproduced as closely as possible. Rikaro retains authorship and copyright on all publications, images, and product designs.
